Hey everybody!
Like I said yesterday I want to share with you guys about this healthy diet routine Im doing currently and stuff..so HERE I AM! :)
Well, basically,to be compared with my other friends,Im consider fit BUT for me,I might be slim and thin but I am not healthy haha why am I so happy?LOL okay ... Im trying to eat more fruits and vegetables to stable up the vitamins and nutrients in my body.Apples is recommended! :) I usually don't take my breakfast which is dangerous but Im going to make sure I do everyday.Eggs is very important due to its proteins. My friend, which is a body builder, told me that he took 8 egg yolks and 4 egg whites every morning. Its amazing right!Im like wow!Okay then, for lunch, basically, you can eat anything you like but you have to control the amount of intake and the amount of fat in it.Remember!Everything have to be stable. You can also eat egg sandwich in the morning :) For dinner,2 slices of whole meal bread or some chicken salad is recommended.Whole-meal bread, even tho if you ate only 2 slices,it can fullen up your stomach by drinking a glass of water or whatever kind drink.
"Whole grains are full of fiber, which helps keep us "regular" and our digestive tract moving along at a normal pace. By doing this, you should find that you'll have much more energy during the day since your body won't be working overtime to digest food." "High-fibre food generally take longer to chew. As well as helping you to feel more satisfied when you eat, this automatically slows down the speed at which you eat and may give your brain time to register the stop eating signals coming from the stomach. This may take up to 20 minutes. Finally, fibre stays in the stomach and small intestine longer hence , this in itself may send I feel full signals to the brain. It pays of to eat slowly, chew longer and make sure you have some fibre with your meals."
Those are some benefits of whole-meal breads. You have to remember!Never skip your meals! That is not a diet but starvation.Well for my daily exercises is the sit ups, chin ups, pumping, crunching ,in and outs, hand slides and side to side. They are all so simple and easy to do but gives enough 'push' to your body especially your abs.Seriously guys,I can feel my abs burning and harden.Really looking forward for the results of these exercises.
That's all for today guys!Stay tune for more juicynessss xx
