Its been a rough week for me.A very bad week to be exact.Something bad happened to my relationship.And I don't want to talk about it.Hmm..well lets change the subject shall we?
Last week,in pastry class,I've baked Poach Pear tart and Apple crumble tart!
   
Looks delicious right? :D It was my first assesment!Woah,I was freakin nervous.Then last wednesday,in hot cooking class with Chef Loke,was potato day.Everything is about potatoes!We steam them,bake them,boiled them in hot water,chopped them,grilled them,fried them and lalalalala hahahah lol
   
This is Dauphinoise which is..ermm..baked potato with cheese!
